Christmas

Christmas Time

We went lots of places and luckily Hailey was happy at least while we were driving!

I was sitting and Parker tried to show me he knew how to play the guitar. He is adorable.

Brooke comes on Monday's while Britt gets her allergy shots and does her grocery shopping and errands.
Parker is always doing something cute and adorable especially since he got rid of his pacifier. This was the last of the weeks of me tending him full time as Jeramy was finishing his schooling.
One time while shopping for food Parker trying to bite the banana while it was still in the peel.
To start the Holiday season we went out to dinner at a new restaurant and then went to temple square.
Blake was amazed at how every single branch even the smallest had lights on them, for me watching the Nativity scene was so good for me, I was not in a rush or busy watching children, because I had time to be still, the spirit of the true meaning of Christmas was really overpowering, something I don't have a lot of at Christmas because I am so busy and so stressed. It was a really wonderful date! I do have the best husband ever!

Brittany had a piano recital combined with Sister Buck, Britt teaches her son and others and Sister Buck teaches Ashley. They did a great job!

Katie has been learning to play the guitar so she performed that evening as well. Brittany said she worked real hard all afternoon to get it down, before it needed lots of help, but she did terrific!

Then I drove up to Idaho to help Chris and Kristina to clean and pack and to watch her perform in a recital. One of the sweet memories was watching Mackson and Kaylin.

Brittany drove herself up in our car with Brooke, so she could play for Kristina. Also it was her first time to see Crystal's home. She gave up going to the nutcracker with her girls because she had already committed to Kristina, she is always so thoughtful of others. Kristina did an amazing job! It was awesome!

When Crystal and Travis came into town, we took the children to see the lights at Layton Park. Mackson loved them!

Christmas Eve was a lot of fun. This year we didn't do it with Danny and Alicia's family. The children decorated cookies, and were very creative.   We had Pizza, sang songs , played the Bells and the children reenacted the Nativity and then Dad told Bob the Shoe shine Boy.

Then the older kids created their own game. Actually I think Travis

created it, and the rest joined in. They had a lot of fun together. Then they played heads up and had a
great time!
